Exclusivity of Grievance Procedure Clause Samples
The Exclusivity of Grievance Procedure clause establishes that the designated grievance process is the sole and exclusive method for resolving disputes or complaints arising under the agreement. In practice, this means that employees and the employer must use the specified grievance procedure to address issues such as contract interpretation or workplace disputes, rather than seeking alternative remedies like litigation or arbitration outside the agreed process. This clause ensures that all parties follow a consistent, internal mechanism for dispute resolution, thereby promoting efficiency and reducing the likelihood of external legal action.
