EXECUTION OF WORK. a) The work shall be carried out in conformity with Architectural, HVAC, Electrical, plumbing, Structural, and other specializedservices. b) The Concessionaire shall make provision for hangers, sleeves, structural openings and other requirements well in advance to prevent hold up of progress of construction programme. c) On award of the concession, the Concessionaire shall submit a programme of construction in the form of a PERT chart or bar chart for approval of the Independent Engineer. All the dates and time Chapter agreed upon shall be strictly adhered to, within the stipulated time of completion / commissioning along with the specified phasing, if any.
