EXECUTION OF WORK. The work shall be executed in a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ like manner and to the satisfaction in all respect of the Engineer-in-Charge. The Engineer-in-Charge will communicate or confirm his instruction to the contractor in respect of the execution of the work in a “WORK SITE ORDER BOOK “maintained at his office and the contractor shall visit this office, daily and shall conform receipt of such instructions by signing the relevant entries in this book. Such entries will rank as order notices in writing within the intent and meaning of these conditions.
