Execution Period. This Agreement requires execution by all parties within 90 days of the first signature. Failure to do so will render the Agreement void.

The closure phase shall start on 1 January 2023 and end on 31 December 2024 at the latest, without prejudice to the Commission's right to undertake, at a later stage, financial corrections vis-à-vis the Managing Authority or the beneficiaries if the final amount of the programme or the projects has to be readjusted as a result of controls or audits carried out after the closure date. Activities linked to the closure of the Programme may be carried out until 30 September 2024. The Managing Authority shall submit a final report approved by the Joint Monitoring Committee by 30 September 2024. 5.2 Notwithstanding paragraph 1 of this Article, pending the entry into force of this Agreement, only preparatory actions financed under the technical assistance budget of the Programme, may be implemented on the Russian Federation's territory. 5.3 The Commission and Russian Federation shall automatically de-commit any portion of its financial contribution to the Programme that, by 31 December of the fifth year following that of the budgetary commitment, has not been used for the purpose of pre-financing or making final payments and in any case no later than 30 September 2024. 5.4 Notwithstanding paragraph 3 of this Article, the amount concerned by de-commitment shall be reduced by the amounts that the Managing Authority has not been able to declare to the Commission and Russian Federation because of: (a) projects suspended by a legal proceeding or by an administrative appeal having suspensory effect; (b) reasons of force majeure seriously affecting the implementation of ...
Execution Period. 10.1. If Housing & Co. and the Customer have agreed on an execution period for the work, this period will only be indicative. Housing & Co. does not offer any guarantees in relation to the agreed execution periods and late execution does not give the Customer the right to claim compensation. 10.2. If a communicated delivery period is exceeded due to an event beyond the control of Housing & Co. which cannot be attributed to it, as, inter alia, set out in Article 17 of the general terms and conditions, this period will be automatically renewed by the period with which it exceeded the delivery period due to such an event.
Execution Period. From IPRC understanding the entire work can be completed within 8 months from the date of award of Contract however the bidder can quote minimum time period to execute the work. If the contractor fails to complete execution of the contract or fails to meet delivery specified in the contract or any extension thereof, the Department will recover from the Contractor as Liquidated Damages (LD) a sum of 0.5% of the total contract price for each calendar week of delay subject to the maximum of 10% of total contract price.

A binding execution period shall be complied with if performance components are lacking or reworking is necessary, but the intended operation is reenabled or not impaired.

  • Preparation Period During the preparation period, a teacher will have no other assignment except in an emergency situation. It is recognized that the preparation period is a scheduled part of the teacher's work day and the teacher is expected to be in his/her respective Building. If the teacher must leave the Building during his/her preparation and/or lunch period, he/she must notify the Building switchboard operator.

  • Evaluation Period Customer’s right to use the Services on a Trial Basis are time-limited and will terminate immediately upon the earlier of (i) the trial end date as specified in an Order Form or other document executed by the parties regarding such trial, or (ii) the start date of when Customer purchases a right to use such Services on a non-Trial Basis, or (iii) the date when QuoVadis terminates Customer’s right to use the Services on a Trial Basis (which QuoVadis may do at any time in its sole discretion). Customer must cease using the Services on a Trial Basis upon any such termination.

  • Negotiation Period The Parties shall negotiate in good faith and attempt to resolve any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement (a “Dispute”) within 30 days after the date that a Party gives written notice of such Dispute to the other Party.

  • Transition Period Due to the nature of our purchasing process, the District often requires an existing service provider to continue to provide goods and/or services while the District is in the process of advertising, evaluating, and awarding a contract for the provision of the same goods and/or services in the future. To accommodate this process, the Contractor shall agree to maintain the same terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement for a period up to ninety (90) days after the automatic termination of this Agreement at the end of its term, if requested by the District, as a transition period. In addition, if the Contractor is not the successful bidder for a future solicitation for the same or similar services, he or she shall agree to provide the same goods and/or services provided in this Agreement for a period up to ninety (90) days to allow for an orderly transition to the new provider. The District and the Contractor may mutually agree to a longer transition period.

  • Termination Period This Option shall be exercisable for three (3) months after Participant ceases to be a Service Provider, unless such termination is due to Participant’s death or Disability, in which case this Option shall be exercisable for twelve (12) months after Participant ceases to be a Service Provider. Notwithstanding the foregoing sentence, in no event may this Option be exercised after the Term/Expiration Date as provided above and this Option may be subject to earlier termination as provided in Section 13 of the Plan.
