Existing Job Share Arrangements. Arrangements for the reduction of hours or for job share that are currently in effect shall continue until otherwise negotiated, or until they end according to the terms of the current arrangement. Any issues arising out of the maintenance or renewal of existing arrangements will be addressed through discussion by the parties.
