Existing Permits. The Existing Permits constitute all licenses, permits, approvals, franchises, qualifications, certificates of convenience and necessity, permissions, agreements, rate orders and governmental authorizations which the ESELCO Companies currently have and need for the conduct of the business of the ESELCO Companies as currently conducted.
Existing Permits. The Disclosure Schedule contains a complete and accurate list of each Existing Permit. Each material Existing Permit is valid and in full force and effect, and such material Existing Permits collectively constitute all of the permits, licenses, approvals, qualifications, permissions or authorizations necessary to permit GPP and the Affiliates to lawfully conduct and operate its business in the manner currently conducted and to permit GPP and the Affiliates to own and use their respective assets in the manner in which they currently own and use such assets.

Existing Permits. No action or proceeding is pending or, to the knowledge of the Company, threatened that is reasonably likely to result in a revocation, non-renewal, termination, suspension or other material impairment of any material Existing Permits.
Existing Permits. CONTRACTOR shall obtain, at its own expense, all 384 permits and licenses required by law or ordinance and maintain same in full force and effect 385 throughout the term of this Agreement. CONTRACTOR shall provide proof of such permits, 386 licenses or approvals and shall demonstrate compliance with the terms and conditions of such 387 permits, licenses and approvals upon the request of the Contract Administrator.
388 5.02.1.1 CONTRACTOR shall keep CITY fully informed, in a timely 389 manner, of its progress in securing permits, or renewals of permits, which occur during the term 390 of this Agreement as they pertain to the Processing, Transfer or Disposal operations at the 391 Transfer Station or Disposal Facility as appropriate in accordance with this Agreement and the 392 costs related thereto.
393 5.02.1.2 CONTRACTOR shall provide CITY, upon CITY’S request, 394 with copies of any applications that CONTRACTOR submits to any regulatory body in 395 connection with the issuance of new permits, or the extension, revision or modification of 396 existing permits with respect to the Transfer Station or Disposal Facility. 397
Existing Permits. This title is not intended and shall not abrogate or annul any permits issued or agreements made before the effective date of this title.
Existing Permits. BP shall transfer the permits from the MMS and other Governmental Agencies described on Exhibit “I” hereto (the “Existing Permits”), to the extent assignable under applicable Law. Such transfer shall take place upon the Commencement Date except as otherwise specified in Exhibit “I”.
Existing Permits. Unless approved by the Commission, no permit issued for loading zones, valet, food truck service, or other use of the Metered Parking Spaces will be modified by Metro or Parking Company during the term of the permit and the holders of those permits will be entitled, vis a vis the Parking Company, to use those permits in accordance with the terms of use in effect at the time of their grant. At the time of renewal of a permit, the terms of the permit may be modified to the terms of such permit then approved by the Commission.
