Expiry Date & Renegotiation. 2.3.1. The nominal expiry date of this Agreement is 30 November 2025. 2.3.2. The parties commit, where appropriate, to taking steps to commence renegotiation of this Agreement 3 months prior to the nominal expiry date.

  • Modification or Renegotiation This agreement may be modified only by written agreement signed by the parties hereto. The parties agree to renegotiate the agreement if federal and/or state revisions of any applicable laws or regulations make changes in this agreement necessary.

  • Renegotiation The contract may be renegotiated at any time by the parties, based upon appropriate and reasonable changes in circumstances upon which the original terms of the contract were based.

  • Expiry Date Each Non-Syndicated Letter of Credit shall expire at or prior to the close of business on the date one year after the date of the issuance of such Non-Syndicated Letter of Credit (or, in the case of any renewal or extension thereof, one year after such renewal or extension); provided that in no event shall any Non-Syndicated Letter of Credit have an expiry date later than the first anniversary of the Commitment Termination Date.

  • Modification, Extension The issuance of any supplement, modification, amendment, renewal, or extension to any Letter of Credit shall, for purposes hereof, be treated in all respects the same as the issuance of a new Letter of Credit hereunder.

  • Contract Extension The Contract is extended for a period of six (6) months pursuant to the same terms and conditions of the contract and any executed written amendments, with a new Contract expiration date of May 31, 2025.
