Common use of Explanation Clause in Contracts

Explanation. The expression Protected Documents shall mean such of the Specified Documents or documents referred to in Clauses 24.1 and 24.2, or portions thereof, the disclosure of which the Utility is entitled to withhold under the provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005.

Explanation. The expression Protected Documents shall mean such of the Specified Documents or documents referred to in Clauses 24.1 38.1 and 24.238.2, or portions thereof, the disclosure of which the Utility Authority is entitled to withhold under the provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005.

Explanation. The expression Protected Documents shall mean such of the Specified Documents or documents referred to in Clauses 24.1 22.1 and 24.222.2, or portions thereof, the disclosure of which the Utility is entitled to withhold under the provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005.

Explanation. The expression Protected Documents shall mean such of the Specified Documents or documents referred to in Clauses 24.1 23.1 and 24.223.2, or portions thereof, the disclosure of which the Utility Aggregator is entitled to withhold under the provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005.

Explanation. The expression Protected Documents shall mean such of the Specified Documents or documents referred to in Clauses 24.1 Clauses24.1 and 24.2, or portions thereof, the disclosure of which the Utility GRIDCO is entitled to withhold under the provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005.

Explanation. The expression Protected Documents shall mean such of the Specified Documents or documents referred to in Clauses 24.1 Clause 35.1 and 24.235.2, or portions portion thereof, the disclosure of which the Utility Authority is entitled to withhold under the provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005.

Explanation. The expression Protected Documents shall mean such of the Specified Documents or documents referred to in Clauses 24.1 40.1 and 24.240.2, or portions thereof, the disclosure of which the Utility Authority is entitled to withhold under the provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005.

Explanation. The expression Protected Documents shall mean such of the Specified Documents or documents referred to in Clauses 24.1 34.1 and 24.234.2 , or portions thereof, the disclosure of which the Utility Maha-Metro is entitled to withhold under the provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005.

Explanation. The expression Protected Documents shall mean such of the Specified Documents or documents referred to in Clauses 24.1 and 24.2, or portions thereof, the disclosure of which the Utility Aggregator is entitled to withhold under the provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005.

The expression Protected Documents shall mean such of the Specified Documents or documents referred to in Clauses 24.1 40.1 and 24.240.2, or portions thereof, the disclosure of which the Utility Authority is entitled to withhold under the provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005.

The expression Protected Documents shall mean such of the Specified Documents or documents referred to in Clauses 24.1 39.1 and 24.239.2, or portions thereof, the disclosure of which the Utility Concessioning Authority is entitled to withhold under the provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005.

The expression Protected Documents shall mean such of the Specified Documents or documents referred to in Clauses 24.1 Article 31.1 and 24.2Article 31.2, or portions thereof, the disclosure of which the Utility Authority is entitled to withhold under the provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005.

Explanation. The expression Protected Documents shall mean such of the Specified Documents or documents referred to in Clauses 24.1 33.1 and 24.233.2, or portions thereof, the disclosure of which the Utility Authority is entitled to withhold under the provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005.

The expression Protected Documents shall mean such of the Specified Documents or documents referred to in Clauses 24.1 41.1 and 24.241.2, or portions thereof, the disclosure of which the Utility Authority is entitled to withhold under the provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005.

Explanation. The expression Protected Documents shall mean such of the Specified Documents or documents referred to in Clauses 24.1 36.1 and 24.236.2, or portions thereof, the disclosure of which the Utility SH&DB is entitled to withhold under the provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005.

Explanation. The expression Protected Documents shall mean such of the Specified Documents or documents referred to in Clauses 24.1 45.1 and 24.245.2, or portions thereof, the disclosure of which the Utility MPRDC is entitled to withhold under the provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005.

Explanation. The expression Protected Documents shall mean such of the Specified Documents or documents referred to in Clauses 24.1 21.1 and 24.221.2, or portions thereof, the disclosure of which the Utility Procurer is entitled to withhold under the provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005.

Explanation. The expression Protected Documents shall mean such of the Specified Documents or documents referred to in Clauses 24.1 Clauses46.1 and 24.246.2, or portions thereof, the disclosure of which the Utility Authority is entitled to withhold under the provisions of the Right to Information Act, 2005.
