Common use of EXPORT AND DEREGISTRATION OF AIRCRAFT Clause in Contracts

EXPORT AND DEREGISTRATION OF AIRCRAFT. At LESSOR’s request by notice at least fifteen (15) days prior to the Expiration Date, LESSEE will (a) pursuant to the terms of Article 23.6.3, provide an Export Certificate of Airworthiness or its equivalent from the State of Registration for the country designated by LESSOR, (b) assist with deregistration of the Aircraft from the register of aircraft in the State of Registration, and (c) perform any other acts reasonably required by LESSOR in connection with such deregistration.
