Common use of EXPORT AND DEREGISTRATION OF AIRCRAFT Clause in Contracts

EXPORT AND DEREGISTRATION OF AIRCRAFT. The Operating Lease will provide that at the Operating Lessor's request, the Operating Lessee will (i) assist in providing an export certificate of airworthiness or its equivalent from the State of Registration so that the Aircraft can be exported to the country designated by the Operating Lessor, and (ii) assist with de-registration of the Aircraft from the register of aircraft in the State of Registration.

The Operating Permitted Lease will provide that at the Operating Lessorrelevant Export Lessee's request, the Operating Lessee will (i) assist in providing an export certificate of airworthiness or its equivalent from the State of Registration so that the Aircraft can be exported to the country designated by the Operating Lessorrelevant Export Lessee, and (ii) assist with de-registration of the Aircraft from the register of aircraft in the State of Registration.
