Extended Health Coverage. The Employer shall pay one-hundred percent (100%) of the monthly premiums for extended health care coverage for regular full-time and part-time employees and their eligible dependents under the Plan which is mutually acceptable to the Union and the Employer. The Plan benefits and the terms and conditions of such benefits are set out in the above-mentioned Nisga’a Valley Health Authority Benefits Plan Pamphlet. The Employer is reviewing the Nisga’a Valley Health Authority Benefits Plan pamphlet coverage for the purpose of considering increases to benefits. If such increases are not implemented by December 31, 2023, or are not satisfactory to the Union, the Union may give notice to negotiate changes to plan benefits.
