Common use of Extended Support Services Clause in Contracts

Extended Support Services. In addition to the foregoing, the Client may purchase extended support, at Otter Video’s standard rates, pursuant to a separate Order Form. The details of Extended Support Services will be as set out in such Order Form and, unless otherwise set out in the applicable Order Form: (a) will be on a recurring monthly retainer, cancellable by either party on no less than one month’s written notice; (b) will be billed at Otter Video’s hourly rates applicable to the type of Extended Support Services being offered; and (c) may include one-on-one training services and other extended support services.
