Common use of Extended Work Year ▇▇▇▇▇ and Benefits Clause in Contracts

Extended Work Year ▇▇▇▇▇ and Benefits. A regular employee who accepts an extended work year assignment in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, and approved by the Governing Board shall receive, on a pro-rata basis, no less than the compensation and benefits applicable to that classification during the regular work year, and in no event shall his/her compensation and benefits be less than he/she was receiving immediately prior to the commencement of the extended school assignment.
