Extension of time for completion. In the event the Contractor is entitled to any extension of time (the “EOT”) for Completion if and to the extent that completion for the purposes of - Clause 2.5.4, SECTION II is or will be delayed by any of the following causes:

Extension of time for completion. 7.5.1 In the event the Contractor is entitled to any extension of time (the “EOT”) for Completion Completion, if and to the extent that completion for the purposes of - Clause 2.5.4, SECTION II 7.3 is or will be delayed by any of the following causes:
a. Change of Scope (unless an adjustment to the Time for Completion has been agreed under Sub-clause 9.3 (Change of Scope);
b. a cause of delay giving an entitlement to EOT under the Agreement; or
