The time for performance of any obligation affected by force majeure as contemplated in this Article shall be extended for such period as is reasonable, having regard to all the circumstances of the case, provided however that if that delay exceeds more than three (3) months, the non-subjected party shall be entitled without granting any additional extension to terminate the Agreement upon thirty (30) days prior written notice and the provisions of Article 14 shall apply to such termination. 15.1 Arbitration‌
