Common use of Extension or Amendment of Receivables Clause in Contracts

Extension or Amendment of Receivables. Except as otherwise permitted in Section 4.2(a) of the Receivables Purchase Agreement, extend, amend or otherwise modify the terms of any Receivable in any material respect generated by it, or amend, modify or waive, in any material respect, any Contract related thereto (which term or condition relates to payments under, or the enforcement of, such Contract).

Extension or Amendment of Receivables. Except as otherwise permitted in Section 4.2(a) of the Receivables Purchase AgreementAgreement or in accordance with the Credit and Collection Policy, extend, amend or otherwise modify the terms of any Receivable in any material respect generated by itrespect, or amend, modify or waive, in any material respect, any term or condition of any Contract related thereto (which term or condition relates to payments under, or the enforcement of, such Contract).

Extension or Amendment of Receivables. Except as otherwise permitted in under Section 4.2(a9.02(a) of the Receivables Purchase Agreement, extend, amend or otherwise modify the payment terms of any Receivable in any material respect generated by it, or amend, modify or waive, in waive any material respect, any Contract related thereto (which payment term or condition relates to payments underof any related Contract, or the enforcement of, in each case unless a corresponding Deemed Collection payment in respect of such Contract)Receivable is made in connection therewith.

Except as otherwise permitted in Section 4.2(a) of the Receivables Purchase Agreement, extend, amend or otherwise modify the terms of any Receivable in any material respect generated by it, or amend, modify or waive, in any material respect, any term or condition of any Contract related thereto (which term or condition relates to payments under, or the enforcement of, such Contract).
