Common use of Extensions to Time Deadlines Clause in Contracts

Extensions to Time Deadlines. The parties may agree to reasonably extend any of the time lines in Article 7. Such extensions shall not be unreasonably withheld. All extensions of time shall be in writing and signed by a representative of the City and CODE, and shall specifically state the extension agreed upon. Email shall suffice.
