External organisations. Sensitive and personal data are not passed to organisations outside the WDP, except where an organisation may have a legal and legitimate reason for access and a requirement for the data in order to carry out its function. Organisations wishing to have access to named data must first sign up to the WDP’s data sharing agreement for personal and sensitive data, submit a request as to which data elements are required and justify their request for access. This request will then be considered by the WDP, and access to the data either granted or denied. Personal and sensitive data are not shared unless the need is totally justified, the WDP believes the requesting organisation to be fully aware of their obligations under all relevant legislation, and the organisation has agreed to be bound by the agreement for the sharing of such data.

External organisations. Organisations wishing to have access to named data must contract with a member of the IDP directly. If an organization wishes to become a partner of the IDP then this request will be considered by the IDP, and access to the data either granted or denied. Personal and sensitive data are not shared between members of the IDP as this partnership has been set up specifically for the sharing of marketing data however members may share sensitive data directly between themselves independently of the IDP.

  • Intergovernmental Organizations As instructed from time to time by ICANN, Registry Operator will implement the protections mechanism determined by the ICANN Board of Directors relating to the protection of identifiers for Intergovernmental Organizations. A list of reserved names for this Section 6 is available at ▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/en/resources/registries/reserved. Additional names (including their IDN variants) may be added to the list upon ten (10) calendar days notice from ICANN to Registry Operator. Any such protected identifiers for Intergovernmental Organizations may not be activated in the DNS, and may not be released for registration to any person or entity other than Registry Operator. Upon conclusion of Registry Operator’s designation as operator of the registry for the TLD, all such protected identifiers shall be transferred as specified by ICANN. Registry Operator may self-­‐allocate and renew such names without use of an ICANN accredited registrar, which will not be considered Transactions for purposes of Section 6.1 of the Agreement.
