Common use of Extra Time Clause in Contracts

Extra Time. Employees shall work reasonable extra time as required by the Company from time-to- time, in addition to rostered hours of duty, to meet extraordinary work scheduling requirements. Payment shall be at the standard rate for duties carried out during that shift.
