Extra Work and Substitutions. Subd. 1. During periods when regular school is not in session, employees shall be given first chance to fill any available bargaining unit positions for which they are qualified on the basis of seniority. During these times, a bus driver shall earn the rate of pay associated with the position the driver is filling.
