Common use of Facilitators’ Allowance Clause in Contracts

Facilitators’ Allowance. A Facilitator will be paid in accordance with the salary grid set out in Section 5.01 plus a responsibility allowance of $2,497. The responsibility allowance for teachers serving as Facilitators on a part-time basis shall be pro-rated in accordance with the time assigned to the Facilitator role.
