FACTORY INSTALLED. ‌ All options specified as factory installed are to be installed on the vehicle at the primary site of assembly and is to be the manufacturer’s standard assembly-line product. No aftermarket and no dealer installed equipment will be accepted as factory installed. Vendors found supplying aftermarket or dealer installed equipment where factory installed are specified may be required to retrieve all delivered vehicles and reorder new vehicles meeting the specifications. All factory ordered options are to be original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and factory installed unless otherwise noted by the vendor and acknowledged in writing by the purchaser. Verbal agreements will not be recognized. Aftermarket parts, modifications, and factory produced parts and components ordered and installed by a vendor that do not meet the requirements of factory installed components, will be rejected for noncompliance with the requirements of the specification. In the event that a component that does not meet the specifications is found installed on a vehicle before or after the vehicle has been accepted by the Purchaser, the vendor shall be required to replace the vehicle with a vehicle that meets the required specifications, including factory installed components. In the alternative, the purchaser shall decide whether they will accept dealer installed components.
FACTORY INSTALLED. In the event a component(s) that does not meet the specifications is found to be installed on a Heavy Equipment item before or after the Heavy Equipment has been accepted by the Customer, the Contractor shall be required to replace the purchased item with an item that meets the required specifications, including all factory installed components. In the alternative, the Customer shall decide whether they will accept Contractor installed components at the time of issuing the PO.

  • Delivery/Installation Instructions Due to the varying locations and circumstances involved in deliveries and installations, all deliveries and installations will be quoted on a project by project basis. All installation, labor, and or delivery charges must be shown as a separate line item on quotes and invoices. One of the following delivery methods must be specified on every Agency Purchase Order:

  • Equipment Installation In order to meet its obligations under this Agreement, a Party that owns, rents, or leases equipment (the equipment owner) may require installation of such equipment on property owned by another Party (the property owner), provided that the property is being used for an electric utility purpose and that the property owner shall not be required to do so if it would thereby be prevented from performing its own obligations or exercising its rights under this Agreement.

  • Utility Installations Trade Fixtures Alterations 8.3.1 The term “Utility Installations” refers to all floor and window coverings, air and/or vacuum lines, power panels, electrical distribution, security and fire protection systems, communication cabling, lighting fixtures, HVAC equipment, plumbing, and fencing in or on the Premises. The term “Trade Fixtures” shall mean Lessee’s machinery and equipment that can be removed without doing material damage to the Premises. The term “Alterations” shall mean any modification of the improvements, other than Utility Installations or Trade Fixtures, whether by addition or deletion. “Lessee Owned Alterations and/or Utility Installations” are defined as Alterations and/or Utility Installations made by Lessee that are not yet owned by Lessor pursuant to Section 8.4.1.

  • Software Installation The AGENCY shall request approval in writing from the COUNTY prior to installation of any software on COUNTY computer equipment. All software installations must be supervised by COUNTY technical support staff and proof of licensing is required. Upon completion, the AGENCY is responsible for reconfiguring the computers back to the original state.

  • Electrical Equipment Residents must use only CSA, UL-approved or Canadian-certified electrical equipment; the rated wattage of light fixtures must never be exceeded; and only replacement bulbs supplied by Waterloo maintenance staff may be used. Do not leave any unattended electrical equipment turned on (i.e. hair straighteners, lights etc.)
