Faculty Salary Schedule. 16.1 Definition of “Step.” Appropriate service for movement on the salary schedule shall be completion of 75% of the scheduled weeks per semester for four (4) semesters. All scheduled hours in a week must be worked for faculty to receive credit for that week.
