Common use of Failure to Improve Clause in Contracts

Failure to Improve. If the probationary employee has not demonstrated satisfactory 5 improvement in the area(s) of deficiency, the employee shall be notified in writing 6 on or before May 1 of the lack of improvement along with specific documentation.

Failure to Improve. If the probationary employee has not demonstrated satisfactory 5 2 improvement in the area(s) of deficiency, the employee shall be notified in writing 6 on 3 or before May 1 15th of the lack of improvement along with specific documentation.
