Common use of Faults Clause in Contracts

Faults. Notification of known ‘system faults’, ‘system outage’, ‘severe faults’ and ‘mission critical faults’ of the hosting server will be made available within 12 hour of their occurrence by the ‘Client’ to the ‘service provider’ via email and/or phone.
