Favorable Pricing Sample Clauses

The Favorable Pricing clause ensures that a buyer receives the best available price for goods or services, often matching or beating prices offered to other customers. In practice, this clause may require the seller to adjust prices if they offer lower rates to other clients or if market prices drop during the contract term. Its core function is to protect the buyer from paying more than others for the same offerings, thereby ensuring competitive pricing and fairness throughout the contractual relationship.
