The Preferential Pricing clause ensures that a buyer receives pricing terms that are as favorable as those offered to other customers under similar circumstances. In practice, this means that if the seller provides a lower price or better terms to another customer for the same goods or services, the buyer covered by this clause is entitled to receive the same preferential treatment. This clause is designed to protect the buyer from being disadvantaged in the marketplace and to promote fairness by preventing the seller from offering better deals to competitors or other clients.
