FAVORED NATIONS CLAUSE a. The Union agrees that if, during the life of this Agreement, it grants to any other Employer in the Electrical Contracting Industry on work covered by this Agreement, any better terms or conditions than those set forth in this Agreement, such better terms or conditions shall be made available to the Employer under this Agreement and the Union shall immediately notify the Employer of any such concession.
b. The Local Union Business Manager will notify the NECA Chapter of any concession that will be made on a particular job. It will be the responsibility of the individual Employer to contact the NECA Chapter to determine if any special conditions will apply to a particular job.
FAVORED NATIONS CLAUSE. The Union agrees that if, during the life of this Agreement, it grants to any other Employer in the Electrical Contracting Industry on work covered by this Agreement, any better terms or conditions than those set forth in this Agreement, such better terms or conditions shall be made available to the Employer under this Agreement, and the Union shall immediately notify the Employer of any such concession.
FAVORED NATIONS CLAUSE. It has been agreed that the Union will not enter into any written or oral agreement with any contractor within the area of jurisdiction of this agreement upon any more favorable wage rates and conditions than those contained herein. The Union agrees that such more favorable wage rates and conditions shall automatically be extended to all Employers signatory to this Agreement. Special local, area or national agreements negotiated to cover specific projects or classes of work shall be excluded from operation of the provision.
FAVORED NATIONS CLAUSE. The wage rates, working conditions, and hours of employment and other conditions of employment herein provided have been negotiated by the Union with the Employer. The Union will give the Employer a copy of all Agreements it enters into with any Employer which covers on-site work covered by this Agreement which has terms and conditions which are different from this Agreement. An Individual Employer engaging in on-site work of the same type as that covered by such Agreement may, upon written notice to the Union, become a party to such Agreement.
FAVORED NATIONS CLAUSE. Should the Union extend to any other contractor within the geographical area covered by this Collective Agreement terms and conditions which are more favorable to said Employer than the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement, such terms and conditions shall automatically be extended to all Employers party to this Agreement.
FAVORED NATIONS CLAUSE. 29.1 The Union agrees that if during the term of this Agreement it enters into any contract on or after the signing of this Agreement with any Employer providing for lower wages, longer hours, or for any terms or conditions more favorable to any Employer than those described in this Agreement, for the purpose of bidding on any job covered by this Collective Bargaining Agreement, then this Employer shall immediately have the benefit of such Agreement and they shall automatically become a part of this Agreement and upon notice to the Union shall immediately become in full force and effect, superseding any less favorable provision of this Agreement for the purpose of bidding that job.
FAVORED NATIONS CLAUSE. If the Local Union enters into any agreement applicable to work covered by this Agreement which contains lesser wages, fringe benefits, or working conditions than provided herein the Employers which are parties to this Agreement shall be permitted to pay such lesser wages, benefits, or working conditions. However, this paragraph shall not be applicable to single job agreements which the Local Union enters into with contractor’s signatory to this Agreement for the purpose of permitting Employers party to this Agreement to compete against non- signatory contractors.
FAVORED NATIONS CLAUSE. (a) It is agreed that if, during the life of this Agreement, should the Union grant a more favorable agreement to any Employer, then such more favorable terms shall be available to all Employer. Such more favorable terms shall be limited to wages, expense reimbursement and travel time provisions, hours and working conditions.
(b) In cases where Building Trades Councils have agreed to sign a Project Agreement with more favorable terms on a particular project, this Project Agreement would also be available to all Employer for this particular project only.
(c) The Union agrees that it will notify the Insulation Contractors Association of Northern Wisconsin and Upper Michigan and all Independent Insulation Contractors in Local 127's jurisdiction of any concessions of more favorable terms as described in (a) of this section.
(d) This section 7 will not apply when the Union grants more favorable terms for one year for each newly organized contractor. In addition, the union shall notify the Association of the more favorable terms granted.
FAVORED NATIONS CLAUSE. 44. No Individual Employer signatory hereto shall be required to pay higher wages, or be subject to less favorable working conditions, than those applicable to other Individual Employers performing similar work in the area covered by this Agreement, except as provided in this Article.
FAVORED NATIONS CLAUSE. SECTION 1. The Union agrees that during the life of this Agreement, if it grants to any other Employer in the Flooring Industry any better terms or conditions than those set forth in this Agreement, such better terms or conditions shall be made available to the Employer under this Agreement, the Union shall immediately notify the Employer of any such concession, except:
(a) If it is mutually decided by a Committee of Contractors and District Council No. 16 that a job should be considered for a special job project agreement, said Agreement must be ratified by the membership of District Council No.
