FE Data Submission. 21.2.1 Where required, the Provider must supply the Department data on each individual Learner, in accordance with the data collections framework set out in the ‘ILR specification validation rules and appendices’ as amended and updated, which is published on the Department’s website ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇/ and in accordance with the ‘Provider Support Manual’ as amended and updated. 21.2.2 The Provider must report new starts within 2 months of the Learner starting, or within 3 months of the Learner finishing for all withdrawals and achievements.
