Fees and Refunds Sample Clauses

The "Fees and Refunds" clause defines the rules and obligations regarding payment amounts, schedules, and the conditions under which refunds may be issued. It typically outlines when and how fees must be paid, what happens in the event of late or missed payments, and the specific circumstances that entitle a party to a refund, such as service cancellation or non-performance. This clause ensures both parties understand their financial responsibilities and provides a clear process for handling disputes over payments, thereby reducing the risk of misunderstandings or conflicts related to money.
