Other Payment Methods. For your convenience, other electronic payment methods are available through our website at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇. Bank Draft (ACH Debit), Debit or Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard) may also be used to satisfy mandatory electronic payment requirements.
Other Payment Methods. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Annex A, the Executive may, prior to the commencement of any calendar year elect by written notice to the Company to cause (i) all or any portion of the amounts otherwise to be credited to the Account in such year under Section 3.3 of the Agreement not to be so credited but to be paid to the Executive on the date(s) such credits otherwise would have been made thereunder and/or (ii) all or any portion of the amounts to be credited to the Account under Section 3.3 of the Agreement in such year (after giving effect to clause (i) above) to be payable from the Account at times different from those provided in Section A.6 above but not earlier than the dates on which such amounts were to be credited to the Account.
Other Payment Methods. You may make payments to us in addition to Loan Remittances to satisfy your obligations under this Agreement. All such payments must be made in immediately available funds and U.S. Dollars paid wire transfer, check or such other payment methods as we may notify you. Any payments sent by mail or overnight courier must be addressed to Lender at such address as we may provide to you from time to time. You acknowledge and agree that payments sent to any other address may not be timely processed or credited. Any payments made under this section shall not affect in any way your obligation to make Loan Remittances. We may accept late, postdated or partial payments without losing any of our rights under this Agreement or otherwise. We have no obligation to hold postdated checks and may process any postdated check on the date we receive it without being liable to you for any damages or other claims you may assert, which you hereby expressly waive. You agree not to ▇▇▇▇ any partial payment "paid in full," "without recourse," "in full satisfaction" or with any similar language, and you agree that any such notations shall have no force or effect and that we will not lose any of our rights under this Agreement if we accept any such payments.

Other Payment Methods. V2S also supports non-card payment processing services including Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions and Check Scanning. V2S will only settle ACH transactions and/or checks that have been processed and authorized by your supporter’s identified Bank. V2S does not guarantee or assume any liability for transactions authorized and completed which may later be reversed, returned or charged back (see Chargebacks below). You are solely responsible for all reversed, returned or Chargeback transactions, including any applicable fees, regardless of the reason for, or timing of, the reversal, return or chargeback. V2S may add or remove one or more types of non-card payment processing services at any time without prior notice to you due to any circumstance beyond our control.
Other Payment Methods. In relation to the first instalment and unless you have opted to pay us by Direct Debit and have returned a completed Direct Debit Mandate, you will pay each invoice submitted to you by us within 30 days of receipt to a bank account nominated in writing by us from time to time. You understand that payments made other than by Direct Debit will be subject to an additional administration charge of £5 per transaction.
Other Payment Methods. We will allow the Account holders to choose their payment method, which includes, ACH. RTP, Zelle or P2C; other services may be added in the future. We may change Bank Partner or replace or supplement the bank partner arrangement with a different payment method.
