FIELD DEVELOPMENT Clause Samples

The FIELD DEVELOPMENT clause outlines the obligations and procedures for planning, constructing, and operating facilities necessary to extract and produce resources from a designated field. It typically details the requirements for submitting development plans, obtaining necessary approvals, and adhering to technical and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle. This clause ensures that field development is conducted efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulatory and contractual expectations, thereby minimizing operational risks and clarifying responsibilities between parties.
