Filing a Grievance. Failing resolution of the dispute, the grievance shall be submitted in writing by the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or SGEU Labour Relations Officer on behalf of the aggrieved to the Principal/CEO or designate within thirty (30) calendar days of failure of resolution at the local level.
