Filling a Temporary Vacancy. The duration of a temporary vacancy shall not exceed six (6) months without mutual agreement of the Company and the Union to extend. i) All temporary job vacancies which are longer than four (4) consecutive work weeks must be posted and filled in accordance with Article 7. Preference shall be given to current employees. ii) A job posting for a temporary vacancy must specify the start date and the end date and any change thereto must be mutually agreed to by the Company and the Union.
