Final Considerations Sample Clauses
Final Considerations. The work presented in this paper proposes two area- optimized FPGA structures for the computation of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ modular multiplication algorithm for generic primes, targeting low–power IGLOO® 2 FPGAs from Mi- crosemi. The proposed structures impose a very low usage of the available FPGA resources while still achieving good performances. To achieve this performance with a low area, the Math Blocks and embedded memories were used to- gether with a careful scheduling to assure a full pipeline usage and a low number of computation cycles. While the first structure achieves the lowest area, the second one allows to approximately half the computation time at the cost of twice the amount of embedded memories and Math Blocks and only 35% more LUTs and registers.
Final Considerations. Employment contracts may have post- employment obligations and covenants, and companies sometimes enforce these restrictive covenants through the equity awards by the forfeiture of unpaid equity awards or the clawback of such awards in case of breach of covenants. Furthermore, SOX and ▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ also include claw- back provisions that require executives to surrender the vested equity awards under certain circumstances.
Final Considerations. In the event of a significant change in the number of investors, as a result of an event resolved upon by the company, Bradesco reserves the right to review service prices, by mutual agreement with the issuer.
Final Considerations. Nothing contained in or relating to this MoU will be construed to create а legal partnership, а joint venture, employment, or agency relations between the Signatories.

2. Intellectual property rights, in particular copyright, of material such as information, software and design, made available by ICO, 4CA and IDH to be used to carry out the activities under this Memorandum of Understanding shall remain with the Party it originated from.
3. This Memorandum of Understanding shall enter into force on 5 March 2015 and shall remain in force for a period of three (3) years and may be renewed for equal periods of three (3) years upon written request of any of the Parties six (6) months before its expiration.
4. This Memorandum of Understanding may be terminated fully or in part by written notification from any of the Parties. Termination shall be effective ninety (90) days after the date of notification.
5. This Memorandum of Understanding may be modified by mutual consent agreed to in writing by duly authorized representatives of the Parties.
6. Any dispute regarding the interpretation or application of this Memorandum of Understanding shall be resolved exclusively through consultations and negotiations. In the event that a dispute cannot be solved amicably through consultations and negotiations, the Memorandum of Understanding shall terminate on a date agreed to between the Parties. The Parties hereby specifically agree not to engage in legal proceedings in court.

Final Considerations. We have presented techniques for analysing co-simulation models, targeting both architectural well-formedness and abstract behavioural models. Our key observations are that proofs about architectural properties are feasible to fully automate in Isabelle/HOL, even for large-scale models. This is thanks to Isabelle’s open architecture and support via tactics that exploit code gen- eration. Behavioural models are much more challenging to analyse, and for those we have presented an abstract view that reduces complexity to reason about relational computations that include time as a state component: they neither need to be concerned with continuous dynamics, nor with reactive behaviours. MAs emerge through refinement. In addition, we outlined a clear path to moving from an abstract to a concrete FMI co-simulation model via refinement. This approach shares similarities with techniques such as [38] and can profit from laws about reactive processes and Circus [6] that have already been proved elsewhere. The focus of our contribution in this deliverable is to formulate and prove properties of the abstract model of a co-simulation. 4 Railways Case Study This section presents an overview of the railways case study that we use to illustrate our technique for reasoning about FMI co-simulation models in Section 5. We briefly describe all relevant models in what follows.
Final Considerations. 11.1 The law governing the General Conditions as well as agreements between the Parties shall be the law of Poland. The Polish Civil Code shall apply to matters not governed herein.
11.2 Any and all deviations from the General Conditions shall be made in writing, or else shall be null and void. In the case of discrepancies between these General Conditions and the conditions of an agreement between the Parties, the selling conditions agreed contractually by the Parties shall prevail.
11.3 The Parties shall seek to resolve any disputes under the agreements covered by these General Conditions amicably. If no amicable resolution is reached, the court competent for the dispute shall be the court having jurisdiction over the Seller’s registered office.
Final Considerations. Each of the signing parties may designate representatives with the delegated ability to sign the addendums that are agreed to as part of this Agreement. The agreement will comply with current legislation in the jurisdiction of both signing Parties. The duration of the Agreement will be for an indefinite period of time, and neither Party can terminate it unilaterally. This agreement can be terminated with three months notice and the consent of both parties. The Agreement has been drafted in two versions, one in English and the other one in Spanish both having congruent content and identical validity. Original signed Original signed
