Final Pay Check. Where in discharge cases final checks are not drawn on the premises, the Em­ ployer shall have seventy-two (72) hours in which to deliver or mail the discharged employee's final pay check.
Final Pay Check. Executive acknowledges he has received his final pay check which included payment for all earned, but unpaid, base salary through and including the Separation Date, together with payment of any unused accrued vacation time, through and including the Separation Date (in each case, less applicable withholdings and customary payroll deductions).
Final Pay Check. Employee will receive his final pay check on the regular pay date on or next following the Separation Date. The final pay check will include payment for all earned, but unpaid, base salary through and including the Separation Date, together with payment of any unused accrued vacation time that Employee had as of the Separation Date (in each case, less applicable tax withholdings).
Final Pay Check. Employee will receive his final pay check on the next regular pay date following the Resignation Date. The final pay check will include payment (less applicable withholdings and customary payroll deductions) for (a) all earned, but unpaid, salary through and including the Resignation Date, and (b) any accrued, but unused, vacation days in accordance with Employer’s policy with respect to payment of unused vacation time. Employer will reimburse Employee for any unreimbursed business expenses properly incurred by Employee prior to the Resignation Date in accordance with Employer’s expense reimbursement policies and/or practices. Employee will timely submit all such requests in accordance with Employer’s expense reimbursement policies and/or practices, and Employer will process such requests in a manner consistent with policies/practices in effect immediately prior to the Resignation Date. Employer’s obligations under this Section 3 are not contingent upon Employee’s execution, delivery and non-revocation of this Agreement or the Reaffirmation (as defined in Section 6 below).

  • Final Paycheck As soon as administratively practicable on or after the Termination Date, the Company will pay Executive all accrued but unpaid base salary and all accrued and unused vacation earned through the Termination Date, subject to standard payroll deductions and withholdings. Executive is entitled to these payments regardless of whether Executive executes this Agreement.

  • Final Pay On the Termination Date, the Company will pay You $__________, less all applicable withholdings. This amount represents all of Your salary earned through the Termination Date and all of Your accrued but unused vacation time or PTO. You acknowledge that, prior to the execution of this Agreement, and other than as set forth in Attachment A to Your Offer Letter, You are not entitled to receive any additional money from the Company, and that the only payments that You are entitled to receive from the Company in the future are those specified in this Agreement and Attachment A.

  • Final Payment A. Upon final completion and acceptance of the Work in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions, Owner shall pay the remainder of the Contract Price as recommended by Engineer as provided in said Paragraph 15.06.

  • PAYMENT OF LOAN FEE Borrower shall pay to Lender a fee in the amount of Five Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($5,000.00) (the "Loan Fee") plus all out-of-pocket expenses.

  • Single Premium Credit Life Insurance None of the proceeds of the Mortgage Loan were used to finance single-premium credit life insurance policies.
