Final Paycheck Clause Samples

Final Paycheck. Payment, in a lump sum, of any and all base salary due and owing through the date of termination, plus an amount equal to all earned but unused PTO hours through the date of termination and reimbursement for all reasonable expenses, less any deductions required by applicable law; and

Final Paycheck. A terminating Employee’s final paycheck will be adjusted to include pay for any unused, earned vacation credit. Terminating Employees will receive their final pay on the next regular payday following the date of termination, except that an Employee dismissed due to a reduction in force shall receive his/her final paycheck on or before the third business day following the last day of employment.

Executive is entitled to retain these payments regardless of whether Executive executes this Agreement.

Final Paycheck. Employees who voluntarily resign from the District shall receive their final paycheck on the next regularly scheduled payday.

Final Paycheck. Terminating Employees will receive payment for accrued vacation/personal leave and unused compensatory time in a lump sum with the regular biweekly paycheck for the final pay period worked. The rate of payment for unused compensatory time shall be based upon the average regular rate received by the Employee during the last three years of the Employee’s employment, or the final regular rate received by the Employee, whichever is higher.

Final Paycheck. Any employee being laid off shall be paid in full at the end of his/her shift on the last day of his/her employment.

Final Paycheck. An employee who quits or resigns with five (5) days’ written notice to Human Resources will be provided their final paycheck within five (5) days of employment termination. An employee who quits without such written notice to Human Resources will receive their final paycheck within 20 days of employment termination. When the District discharges an employee, payment will be made within five (5) days. Payment may be made by mail, picked up by the employee, or by direct deposit depending on the circumstances. “Days” in the Article means business days.
