Final Plat Approval is the approval of the Final Plat by the Millington Planning Commission for a subdivision before a plat is recorded.
Final Plat Approval. In accordance with Section 17.15.080 of the Fruita Municipal Code, the City agrees to approve the Subdivision Final Plat provided that said Subdivision Final Plat is in conformance with the Preliminary Plan approval, drainage improvements, street improvements, and utility plans have been submitted to and approved by the City, and all of the requirements of applicable law, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, have been complied with.
Final Plat Approval. The COUNCIL approved the FINAL PLAT. All conditions contained in the CITY Council Resolution for the FINAL PLAT shall be considered a condition of this DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT.
Final Plat Approval. During the course of development of the Project, Owner/Developer will make application to City for approval of preliminary and final plat map(s) of the Project as described above in Paragraph 1.3. The preliminary and final plat(s) shall be submitted in accordance with Rathdrum Municipal Code Title 12. During City’s review process of preliminary and final plat map(s), the approvals memorialized in this Agreement, and any addenda hereto, shall control conditions imposed by City for the Project and future final plat maps.
Final Plat Approval. It shall be a condition precedent to the effectiveness of this Agreement that the Final Plat is approved for recordation by the Town Council. In the event such approval does not occur, this Agreement shall have no force or effect.

Final Plat Approval. The County hereby accepts and approves the Final Plat for Lake Springs Ranch, Filing 2, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Second Amended Preliminary Plan Approval (Resolution 2016-35) and PUD approval (Resolution 79-64 as amended by Resolution 79-153, Resolution 2004-110, 2012-80 and 2016-35) hereinafter referred to collectively as Lake Springs Ranch PUD, and the

(a) The Common Council shall grant Final Plat approval upon certification by the City Engineer that (i) all of the Improvements have been satisfactorily inspected by the City Engineer and the Department of Community Development which have found that the Improvements have been satisfactorily constructed, installed and completed in accordance with this Agreement; (ii) the Developer has satisfied its financial obligations, including providing required letters of credit and other guarantees; and (iii) the Developer has satisfied all other requirements of this Agreement and the Development and Final Plat meet the requirements of this Agreement, the Code and applicable state laws.
(b) The Common Council may, but shall not be required to, grant Final Plat approval despite certain of the Improvements not being completed provided escrows have been established or guarantees provided that are adequate, as determined by the Common Council in its discretion, to ensure completion.
Final Plat Approval. Developer’s right to install the required improvements set forth below is contingent upon execution and delivery of this agreement and all required petitions, bonds, security, and documents.
Final Plat Approval. It is understood and agreed that, by and through this Development Agreement, _Caldera Flats subdivision shall be developed in phases. When all provisions of the FCDC have been met and the Required Improvements for the requested phase have been completed or a Letter of Credit is obtained by The “Developer”_ for the completion of the Required Improvements, the County shall grant approval of the Final Plat for that phase.
