Final Quote Clause Samples

The "Final Quote" clause establishes that the most recent price or cost estimate provided by one party is considered definitive and binding for the purposes of the agreement. In practice, this means that any subsequent work, billing, or negotiations will reference this final quoted amount, and earlier estimates or informal discussions are superseded. This clause ensures both parties have a clear, agreed-upon figure to rely on, reducing the risk of disputes over pricing and promoting transparency in the transaction.
