Final Submittal. A digital copy in PDF of the drawings (signed and sealed)
Final Submittal. When final plans are complete, please submit one (1) set of sepias and six (6) sets of prints in a 24” x 36” format so that final approval can be processed. Final drawings should include the following on a 24” x 36” format:
Final Submittal. Submit final plans and specifications to the City staff, which incorporate technical and legal input provided by the City.

A) Bidding Phase Support - Assist the City in providing clarification and preparing information to be used in addenda as needed for fifteen (15) questions that may arise during the bidding process. City will prepare and make available to plan holders any required addenda. Attend the pre-bid meeting and assist the City with bid evaluations and recommendation of bid award.
Final Submittal. 2.8.2.1. Provide three (3) hard copies and a PDF version of the Final Design Services submittal. The submittal shall consist of the Final Project Design Report, Technical Memos in appendix of report, complete plans, specifications, contract documents, and opinion of probable construction cost to the City’s PM for review. The Final Design Services submittal will be made to the City when the consultant believes the plans, specifications, contract documents, and opinion of probable construction cost are 100% complete.
2.8.2.2. All submittals (drawings and specifications) believed by the Engineer of Record to be a final, shall contain a Certification Statement of Conformance with City Standards which shall read, “I (insert Engineer of Record’s name) Certify that I have read and understand the provisions contained in the City of Rapid City Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction, current edition and the City of Rapid City’s adopted Design Criteria Manuals. The drawings and specifications contained here within, to the best of my knowledge, were prepared in accordance with these documents or a properly executed exception to the Standard Specifications and/or Infrastructure Design Criteria Manual has been secured”. This statement shall appear on the title sheet of the drawings and on the first page of specifications after the cover sheet. The “Certification Statement of Conformance with City Specifications” shall be signed and dated by the Engineer of Record.
2.8.2.3. Provide the City the opinion of probable construction cost as a lump sum and/or unit price cost estimate on USB flash drive in Microsoft Excel 2018 or newer version on the City “Consultant Estimate” form.
2.8.2.4. The Consultant will attend a review meeting with the City of the Conceptual Specification submittal. Consultant to generate minutes from the review meeting.
Final Submittal. Based on comments received on the 90% submittal, proceed to finalize the construction documents (plans and specifications). It is anticipated that the City will develop the front-end specification documents for public bid. Update the cost estimate to reflect the current design and reformat it to match bid items listed in the bid form. Submit two (2) stamped and signed paper copies and PDF electronic files of the final submittal package to the City and Building Division to backcheck and then advertise the project for public bid. Provide written responses to City and Building Division comments. Provide source files in Word and AutoCAD file format for the City’s use.
Final Submittal. Revise the Preliminary Design Documents in response to CPA comments, and furnish four (4) copies of the completed Design Development documents to CPA.
Final Submittal. Within thirty (30) days of receiving the floor plan for the Leased Premises from Landlord, Tenant must electronically submit to Landlord final drawings prepared by Tenant’s licensed architect. All mechanical and electrical drawings and calculations shall be certified by currently registered State of Washington Professional Engineers. Tenant shall submit a Final Submittal, in PDF format, to Landlord. It shall include the following: Floor Plan, at 1/4” = 1’-0” scale Tenant Design & Construction Manual 2014 22 Longitudinal Section, at 1/4” = 1’-0” scale Interior Elevations, at 1/4” = 1’-0” scale Reflected Ceiling Plan, at 1/4” = 1’-0” scale Partition Wall Sections, at 1/2” = 1’-0” scale Door, Finish and Color Schedules and Samples Specifications
Final Submittal. Upon favorable review of Installation, Operation, and Maintenance Manual(s) by Agency, deliver the final approved Installation, Operation, and Maintenance Manual(s). Electronic media format copy shall include all tables, charts, drawings, codes and all other matters reflected in hard copies.
