FINISHES. Buyer(s) understands that the location of telephone, electric, cable TV and other utility outlets, doors, windows, air conditioning components, lighting fixtures, equipment and fixtures are subject to change and Buyer(s) understands that materials such as brick, wood, wood grain, carpeting, paint, cabinets, cultured marble, tile, Formica, granite and the like are subject to shading and gradation and may vary from samples, models or color charts, and from piece to piece, and Contractor shall not be liable for such variations.
FINISHES. The Purchase Price shall include those finishes, floor coverings and paint colours more particularly set out in Schedule “I” annexed hereto. The Purchaser may choose the broadloom, tile and paint colour from the Vendor’s samples pursuant to the procedure set out in Schedule “G”.
FINISHES. All colors, types and textures of finishes must be approved by the Construction Manager. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
FINISHES. A. Area of Concern: Imperfections in drywall and gypsum wallboard. Standard: Slight imperfections such as hairline cracks not exceeding an average width of 1/16 inch, nail pops, and seam lines are to be expected due to expansion and contraction of the materials and normal settling of the building. Imperfections caused by defects in workmanship such as excess compound in joints, trowel marks, cracked corner beads, and blisters in tape are not acceptable. B. Area of Concern: Tile/Natural stone flooring cracks or comes loose. Standard: All tile and natural stone flooring should stay firmly in place and should not crack provided that the tile is not intentionally or accidentally struck with a hard object.

FINISHES. A. Comply with NAAMM's "Metal Finishes Manual for Architectural and Metal Products" for recommendations for applying and designating finishes.
FINISHES. 4.1 When mastic is used as a finish, a reinforcing material shall be applied between two coats of the mastic. The final coat of mastic shall be brushed to a smooth finish and appearance. 4.2 Canvas and other cloth weave coverings shall be free of wrinkles and strings. Staples shall not be used to fasten reinforcing materials to insulation with a mastic application. 4.3 All cloth coverings shall be held back sufficiently from hot metal to prevent it from scorching or burning. 4.4 On canvas or cloth covered valves and fittings, cuts shall follow the contour of the fitting. 4.5 Canvas and/or cloth shall not be folded back but neatly cut.
FINISHES. The developer reserves the right to substitute or replace any of the finishes with an equivalent or improved product should problems of availability or for any other reason be encountered. The optional extras listed in Annexure D (Schedule of finishes and Development Specifications) are the only extras that will be available to choose from. The cost of any optional extra chosen by the purchaser will be added to the purchase price as indicated at clause C(a) of the main agreement.
FINISHES. (A) Paint - Walls primed first coat, latex based paint single color. (B) Window Treatments are to be mini-blinds, white, Levelor, to match existing. The Y-buildings (001, 002, 031, 032, 003, 005) shall be vertical blinds Satique-off white/3522.
FINISHES. 1. At wood and plastic laminate doors, hinges are to be plated to match adjacent hardware, or they are to be finished as scheduled. 2. At hollow metal doors, hinges are to be US Prime for painting or stainless steel at exterior out swinging doors, unless otherwise specified.
