First Level of Review. 10.6.1 Either the appropriate administrator or the grievant may request a conference with the other. At such a conference, the parties may exchange written and oral information about the grievance. 10.6.2 Within ten (10) working days following the receipt of the grievance, the administrator shall render a written decision including the reasons therefore. The appropriate administrator shall send the decision to the grievant with copies to the Director of Human Resources and CSEA Chapter 96.
