Fixed Route Service. It is a goal of the City and the Union to correct breaks and recovery time at the earliest possible time when the City receives notice of the problem.
Fixed Route Service. The Apple Country Public Transit system includes three fixed bus routes: White Route (Route 1) – Operates mainly in Hendersonville commercial and residential areas east of I-26 and connects with the downtown transfer point. Red Route (Route 2) – Operates in downtown Hendersonville and surrounding neighborhoods west of Interstate 26 and includes service to Blue Ridge Community College and East Flat Rock. Blue Route (Route 3) – Operates in a north/south alignment along Highway 25/Highway 25 Business between downtown Fletcher and Hendersonville and includes service to the Asheville Airport and a connection with Asheville Transit.
Fixed Route Service. The time begins when passenger service begins; that is when vehicle is in route service and ends when out of passenger service or route service as identified in HVTS Fixed Route Schedules. This time does not include deadhead, vehicle check-in/check-out time, time needed for fueling the vehicles, time when vehicle is inoperable on the road or duty free meal periods. Price paid per vehicle revenue hour (VRH) shall include full compensation for furnishing all administration, management, facilities, services, maintenance, and items, including labor materials, tools, equipment and incidentals as required by the Contract for provision of fixed route services.
Fixed Route Service. The Program Manager shall provide the Contractor with the fixed route maps and stops. The Contractor will time the routes during the hours of operationto establishing the headways and schedule for the assigned routes, and present these findings to the Program Manager within the first week of Service. This will ensure that the published schedules are attainable for the Contractor and accurate for riders. Should modification of the existing routes, or the addition of new routes occur the same will be required. The Fixed Route stops shall only include locations within the Town, unless authorized in advance by the Program Manager. These stops shall include, but shall not be limited to, existing public transit bus stops, the Town Hall, multi-family buildings, shopping centers, malls, and office buildings. The Contractor shall provide the Fixed Route Services five (5) days per week between the morning hours of 6:00 am and 10:00am, and the afternoon hours of 2:15 pm and 7:00 pm unless otherwise authorized in writing by the Program Manager. No Bus Services shall be provided on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, or Christmas Day. The hours and days of service, the routes, and the number and location of the stops on each route are subject to change at the sole discretion of the Town. Initial circulator service routes include the East and West Routes and are referenced in Appendix B.The Contractor shall assist the Town with collecting survey data on passengers and ridership figures as may be necessary for compliance with FTA, Interlocal Agreement, or entities that provide capital and operating funds to the Town. 1. During the first year of Fixed Route Services, the Contract shall provide two Buses for use by the Town. These Buses shall be subject to inspection by the Program Manager to ensure they are acceptable for service. The Buses provided by the Contractor will at minimum be a 16 foot by 20 foot vehicle that can accommodate up to twenty (20) passengers without a wheelchair.The Bus will also provide for wheelchair accessibility. The hourly rate for the provision of the Buses by LSF and provision of Circulator Services shall not exceed $42.92 per operating hour. 2. The Town has ordered two Buses that when delivered will be used for the provision Circulator Services, which is anticipated to occurfor the subsequent years of the Contract. Fixed Route Service. ROUTE BY ROUTE ANALYSIS Little data exists to corroborate which global causes are impacting SunLine most significantly. There has been much speculation about the effect of low gas prices, increased car ownership, ride-hailing services and services which offer delivery of groceries, fast food and goods as contributing factors to decreased fixed route ridership. Figure 2.1 displays the comparison in ridership from FY 2015/2016 to FY 2016/2017. Fixed Route Service. The Consultant must evaluate on-time performance as per published schedule and identify bus runs and trips not departing early (zero tolerance) and five (5) minutes late at all timed-points. Using on-time performance as the metric, Contractor shall document the actual time that each trip is early/late. Dial-A-Ride Service - The Consultant must identify those trips that are outside the +/-15-minute pick-up window or 30-minute before/0 late drop-off window.   • Provisional Interconnection Service Prior to the completion of the Large Facility Interconnection Procedures and prior to completion of requisite Attachment Facilities, Distribution Upgrades, System Upgrade Facilities, System Distribution Upgrades, or System Protection Facilities, the Developer may request an evaluation for Provisional Interconnection Service. NYISO, in conjunction with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall determine, through available studies or additional studies as necessary, whether stability, short circuit, thermal, and/or voltage issues would arise if the Developer interconnects without modifications to the Large Generating Facility or the New York State Transmission System (or Distribution System as applicable). NYISO, in conjunction with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall determine whether any Attachment Facilities, Distribution Upgrades, System Upgrade Facilities, System Deliverability Upgrades, or System Protection Facilities, which are necessary to meet Applicable Laws and Regulations, Applicable Reliability Standards, and Good Utility Practice, are in place prior to the commencement of interconnection service from the Large Facility. Where available studies indicate that the Attachment Facilities, Distribution Upgrades, System Upgrade Facilities, System Deliverability Upgrades, or System Protection Facilities are required for the interconnection of a new, modified and/or expanded Large Facility but such facilities are not currently in place, NYISO, in conjunction with the Connecting Transmission Owner, will perform a study, at the Developer’s expense, to confirm the facilities that are required for Provisional Interconnection Service. The maximum permissible output of the Large Facility in the Provisional Large Facility Interconnection Agreement shall be studied, at the Developer’s expense, and updated annually. The NYISO shall issue the study’s findings in writing to the Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner(s). Following a determination by NYISO, in conjunction with the Connecting Transmission Owner, that the Developer may reliably provide Provisional Interconnection Service, NYISO shall tender to the Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner, a Provisional Large Facility Interconnection Agreement. NYISO, Developer, and Connecting Transmission Owner may execute the Provisional Large Facility Interconnection Agreement, or the Developer may request the filing of an unexecuted Provisional Large Facility Interconnection Agreement with the Commission. The Developer shall assume all risk and liabilities with respect to changes between the Provisional Large Facility Interconnection Agreement and the Large Generator Interconnection Agreement, including changes in output limits and the cost responsibilities for the Attachment Facilities, System Upgrade Facilities, System Deliverability Upgrades, and/or System Protection Facilities.

  • MAINTENANCE SERVICE Free maintenance services including spares shall be provided by the vendor during the period of warranty. User, at its discretion may ask the vendor to provide maintenance services after warranty period, i.e. Annual maintenance and repairs of the system at the rates indicated by bidder in its proposal and on being asked so, the vendor shall provide the same. The cost of annual maintenance and repairs cost (after warranty period), which will include cost of spares replaced, shall be paid in equal quarterly installments at the end of each quarter.
