Common use of Flex Schedules Clause in Contracts

Flex Schedules. A flex schedule may be approved when a special requirement is identified that requires a flexible schedule. When a flex schedule is required, the Parties must mutually agree to the schedule change. If mutually agreed between the deputy and management, the normal fourteen (14) day notice period may be waived. A flex schedule is intended to accommodate the special needs of the Parties and shall not be used to increase overtime payments.
