(b) No employee shall unreasonably refuse the request to undertake training during paid work hours if required in either the production stream or trades stream. (c) Demarcation on any task shall not occur provided the employee is competent and trained to perform the task. (d) The Company will ensure all tradesmen are licensed to all statutory and workplace health and safety requirements.
