Main Tasks. The Expert, under the coordination of the Project Management (in Libya and in Italy), and working with the local fishery experts, must be able to: - Organize the the assessment of the catching and post-catching process and conditions on board of the vessels till arrival to the port; - Preparing and manage the scientific approach to know and report about species caught in the Libyan waters, assess quantities and preferences of market demand, in terms of local consumption, distribution channels, processing activities; - Elaborate the data collected by the local expert to to realize overview of the real Libyan fishery fleet, with reference to the different fishery areas of the country, characteristics of the vessels, needs and gaps, challenges to be tackled in the short and in the medium term; - Interact with the experts in refrigeration/refrigerated logistics, supply chain (trade and export), food (fish) certification, fish processing, marine biologists and health & safety specialists; - Support the local expert to organize the didactic to deliver classroom and on-site training sessions to fishers (young ones and those needing upgrade qualifications), just like to those public officers in charge of providing services to the community of stakeholders and consumers; - Support the local expert to organize and involve of local groups of fishers and their aggregations (including entrepreneurial associations and cooperatives), as focus groups, for research, discussion purposes, just like to interact with the other categories of stakeholders; - Support the local experts in the implementation of their tasks, also providing the required information and data, drafting required reports in English; - Ensure, if needed, his/her presence on the occasion of on-site missions from Project Management and involved institutions from Italy, Tunisia, European Commission. - Co-operate and communicate with the REBUILD project management and the involved institutions in Italy, in Libya and Tunisia, with the European Commission, when required; Condition: Independent Consultant Type of contract: external advisory The deadline for submission is July 27th 2022.
Main Tasks a. In general, it is expected that the travel agency will send the tourist guide documents for longer trips by email or otherwise no later than five days before the trip begins. The tourist guide is responsible for reviewing the documents carefully, ensuring that nothing is missing, such as service requests, passenger lists, information about passengers, etc. The tourist guide collects service requests and other necessary documents from the travel agency before the trip.
b. The tourist guide must arrive at the departure location no later than 15 minutes before the trip begins, especially when passengers need to be picked up from more than one location, such as when they are staying at multiple accommodations.
c. The tourist guide must conduct the tour according to the itinerary provided by the travel agency. They are responsible for picking up passengers and returning them at the end of the trip.
d. A driver-guide must also handle driving during the trip, ensure that the vehicle has the necessary permits for passenger transport, and make sure the vehicle is technically sound and clean.
e. At the end of the trip, the tourist guide must submit the documents related to the trip to the liaison and provide a brief written report on the trip if requested. The report should include the group name, the number of passengers, trip duration, departure time and location, the vehicle registration number, the driver’s name, and the main stops. Any issues with outsourced services should be specifically noted.

The Expert, under the coordination of the Project Management (in Libya and in Italy), and working with the local fishery supply chain (trade and export) expert, must be able to: - Avail, upon previous phases, on the identification of the species of fish and assessment of marine food production in Libya, those imported and exported, with the relevant supply chains, costing and pricing and administrative procedures; identification of Libyan sector gaps and weaknesses of the whole supply chain from the catch till commercialization; - Support the process to define the certification and traceability criteria, to be adopted for fishery and aquaculture produces in Libya; - Support the process to define the procedures to certify the fishery and aquaculture produces, to be potentially exported towards EU and non-EU countries, according to the status of the international commercial treaties; - Support the process to identify the targeted certifications to be applied for and obtained; - Co-lead the drafting of guidelines of fish storage and management; - Interact with the experts in fishery, refrigeration/refrigerated logistics, supply chain (trade and export), food (fish) certification, laboratory biologists for analysis and health & safety controls and inspections; - Deliver classroom and on-site training sessions to fishers, (young one and those needing upgrade qualifications), future plant/production managers, catering operators, just like to those public officers and policy makers, in charge of planning investments and activities in favor of the sector and of consumers, and of the increase of Libyan trade exchange with EU and other countries in the region; - Support local experts in the organization and involvement of Libyan focus groups (composed of fishers and their associations/cooperatives, fish processing and catering operators, operators of refrigerated logistics, supply chain trade and import/export, food (fish) certification, marine biologists and laboratory specialists for health & safety controls and inspections, training and VET institutes), for research, discussion purposes, just like to tackle common challenges and build-up a Libyan supply chain of fishery and aquaculture; - Support the international and local experts in the implementation of their tasks, also providing the required information and data, drafting reports in English; - Carry out on-site missions, assisted by Project Management and local experts; - Support the local expert in the iden...

Main Tasks. Within the framework of the Programme of Activities of the Enlarged Partial Agreement on Sport (EPAS), the Consultative Committee will:
a) formulate opinions and proposals on any question concerning sport, dealt with within the Council of Europe, and in particular on: - the draft EPAS programme of activity; - proposals of new international standards under consideration by EPAS; - the themes and the preparation of the Ministerial meetings, which are organised by EPAS;
b) contribute to the implementation of the EPAS programme of activity and of new standards adopted and to the follow-up to the Ministerial meetings; report on activities where EPAS partner organisations have been involved;
c) appoint every two years a Bureau of 6 delegates from member organisations of the Consultative Committee to co-operate with the EPAS Bureau between joint meetings;
d) make proposals on joint projects between NGOs, other relevant organisations and public authorities, to be funded inter alia by voluntary contributions;
e) prepare reports on current issues concerning sports or sports-related matters, to be presented at the joint meetings of the Governing Board and the Consultative Committee;
Main Tasks. 2.1.1 In accordance with the national legislation and Rail Baltica Global project requirements, the Contractor shall perform all necessary tasks to provide:
1. Location and investigation of the existence and condition of the selected National Geodetic Network points, as well as their usability. Creation of interim report with results of investigation works.

The location design contains of all the necessary approvals regarding the used point type, location and installation method, which is necessary for the next phases - establishment and construction of the points in the locations specified in the Location Design.
2.1.2 The Contractor shall review and analyse all references and annexes necessary for the provision of services under the Agreement.
2.1.3 The Contractor shall analyse all the requirements for design and for next phase needed for construction works, prepare and submit all necessary applications to the respective authorities for information and permits.
2.1.4 The Contractor shall undertake all necessary works for Site Investigations, including accessibility, open sky vis- ibility obstacles, ownership of land where the new RB Geodetic Reference Network points will be designed, soil condition and suitability to guarantee stability for specific point type (if necessary, test drilling and analysis or analysis of relevant data from existing geotechnical databases) etc.
2.1.5 The Contractor shall assess existing structures and utilities (including but not limited to high / low voltage electricity lines, general gas pipelines, water supply and sewer, telecommunication lines) intersections and Technical Conditions.
2.1.6 The Contractor shall analyse existing data and implement necessary investigations of the underground utili- ties of the designed point location with a cable locator.
