Flexible Time Bands. Flexible time bands may be 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. If an employee elects to work prior to 6:00 a.m. or after 6:00 p.m., the employee will not be entitled to night differential pay. If management requires an employee to work prior to 6:00 a.m. or after 6:00 p.m., the employee will be entitled to night differential pay.
Flexible Time Bands. That part of the schedule of working hours during which employees may choose their time of arrival and departure from work.
Flexible Time Bands. That portion of the workday during which an employee has the option to select and/or vary starting or quitting times within the limits established in this article. 1. For National Hearing Centers and other locations with an ODAR approved start time of 6:00AM, the flexible time bands are: Morning Flexible Time Band: 6:00 a.m. – 9:30 a.m. Afternoon Flexible Time Band: 2:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. 3. The Agency may, in the event of workload or training needs, direct specific arrival and departure times. This notification will be made prior to the end of that employee's tour on the employee’s previous workday.

  • Double Time The rate of double time shall be paid for all hours of overtime.

  • Applicable Time For purposes of the Distribution Agreement, the Applicable Time shall be 10:00 am Central Standard Time on March 7, 2008.

  • Crib Time (i) When an Employee is required to work overtime after the usual ceasing time for the day or shift for two hours or more, he/she shall be allowed to take, without deduction of pay, a crib time of twenty minutes in duration immediately after such ceasing time and thereafter, after each four hours of continuous work, he/she shall be allowed to take also, without deduction of pay, a crib time of 30 minutes in duration. (ii) In the event of an Employee remaining at work after the usual ceasing time without taking the crib time of twenty minutes and continuing at work for a period of two hours or more, he/she shall be regarded as having worked twenty minutes more than the time worked and be paid accordingly.

  • RDDS update time Refers to the time measured from the reception of an EPP confirmation to a transform command on a domain name, host or contact, up until the servers of the RDDS services reflect the changes made.

  • Flexible Spending Account The parties agree that the State shall have the right to use State Employee Health Plan funds to cover the administrative costs of operating the medical and dependent care flexible spending account programs.
