Common use of Flexible Work Schedule Clause in Contracts

Flexible Work Schedule. A flexible work schedule is any schedule that is not a regular, alternate, 9/80, or 4/10 work schedule and where the employee is not scheduled to work more than 40 hours in the "workweek" as defined in Subsections F. and H., below.

For example, a unit member required to care for a family member for a six (6) week period could begin work at 10 a.m. and end work at 8 p.m. A flexible work schedule is any schedule that is not must comply with all other provisions of this Agreement and relevant laws.
