Flight Tracking. Operator shall provide monthly flight tracking reports, prepared by an authorized impartial party, to Agreement Administrator at ▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, Attn.: Senior Director of Aviation, and The New York City Council (“City Council”) at City Hall, New York, NY 10007, Attn.: Chief of Staff by the tenth (10th) day of each month during the Term of this Agreement which format, as may be amended from time to time, is approved by Agreement Administrator and include but not be limited to: (a) aircraft flight track data within a 30-mile radius around LGA (with coverage between MMU and FRG) with a breakdown of all flights taking off and landing from DMH by date/time, tail numbers, and aircraft owner from the previous month, (b) a comparison to the relevant monthly maximum number of flight operations set forth in Section 2.03 and (c) the number and locations of any deviations of Tourist Flight Operations from the Authorized Routes (noted on the Helicopter Sightseeing Plan) which result in flights over land or piers, including land or piers on Governors Island and Staten Island. Agreement Administrator shall commission and the Operator shall pay for all Flight Tracking Reports and related services.
Flight Tracking. 5.1. If the Wholesale Passenger's applicable flight, train or boat to the Pickup Location is amended (e.g. if their flight is early or delayed), the Pickup Time may be adjusted to reflect the difference between the scheduled and the actual flight, train or boat arrival time, to ensure the Wholesale Passenger is able to complete their Journey to their Drop-off Location in good time. This takes precedence over the original Pickup Time for all related Bookings (and all references to Pickup Time shall be construed accordingly in such cases), and it will be used in the measurement of all Service Levels and Procedures and payments. For example: if the Wholesale Passenger’s flight is delayed by 30 minutes, then the Pickup Time should be delayed by 30 minutes; if the Wholesale Passenger’s flight is 45 minutes early, then the Pickup Time should be moved forwards by 45 minutes.

Flight Tracking. Helijet agrees to allow the Aircraft to be tracked via Flightradar24, FlightAware and any other flight tracking service as requested by Blade.
Flight Tracking. The Air Carriers agree to allow the Aircraft performing Blade Flights to be tracked via Flightradar24, FlightAware and any other flight tracking service as requested by the Blade Parties. In the event the owners of Managed Aircraft do not wish such Managed Aircraft to be tracked by a flight tracking service requested by the Blade Parties, the Air Carriers will provide the Blade Parties with access to the flight tracking service the Air Carriers use for tracking such Managed Aircraft. The Air Carriers shall provide the Blade Parties with a weekly report regarding the Aircraft’s log-books.

  • Loop Provisioning Involving Integrated Digital Loop Carriers 2.6.1 Where Freedom has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses IDLC systems to provide the local service to the End User and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to Freedom. If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, BellSouth will implement one of the following alternative arrangements for Freedom (e.g. hairpinning): 1. Roll the circuit(s) from the IDLC to any spare copper that exists to the customer premises. 2. Roll the circuit(s) from the IDLC to an existing DLC that is not integrated. 3. If capacity exists, provide "side-door" porting through the switch. 4. If capacity exists, provide "Digital Access Cross Connect System (DACS)- door" porting (if the IDLC routes through a DACS prior to integration into the switch). 2.6.2 Arrangements 3 and 4 above require the use of a designed circuit. Therefore, non- designed Loops such as the SL1 voice grade and UCL-ND may not be ordered in these cases. 2.6.3 If no alternate facility is available, and upon request from Freedom, and if agreed to by both Parties, BellSouth may utilize its Special Construction (SC) process to determine the additional costs required to provision facilities. Freedom will then have the option of paying the one-time SC rates to place the Loop.

  • TOOL STORAGE 1. A company shall provide on all construction jobs in towns and cities, and elsewhere where reasonably necessary and practicable (or if requested buy the employee), a suitable and secure waterproof lock-up solely for the purpose of storing employees’ tools, and on multi-storey and major projects the company shall provide, where possible, a suitable lock-up for employees’ tools within a reasonable distance of the work area of large groups of employees. 2. Where an employee is absent from work because of illness or accident and has advised the company in accordance with Clause 33 – Personal Leave of the award, the company shall ensure that the employee’s tools are securely stored during his/her absence.

  • Computer Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of computer equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is in compliance with Subchapter Y, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Computer Equipment Recycling Program and the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality rules in 30 TAC Chapter 328.

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If WCS chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, WCS’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by WCS to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 WCS shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from WCS’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office WCS utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow WCS’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at a P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.
