Flight Training and Experience Sample Clauses

The "Flight Training and Experience" clause sets out the requirements and standards for the training and qualifications that pilots or crew members must meet to operate an aircraft under the agreement. Typically, this clause specifies the minimum number of flight hours, types of certifications, or recent experience needed, and may require documentation or proof of such qualifications. By clearly defining these criteria, the clause ensures that only adequately trained and experienced personnel are involved, thereby reducing operational risks and enhancing safety.
